Update - November 2020

We are still working in the field, but under certain restrictions:

  • We ask that buildings we are working in be as empty as practically possible. We will work a ‘3rd shift’ if needed to avoid occupancy times.

  • Please allow extra time for us to clean work areas. This is done at our discretion and our cost.

  • Each client shall designated a contact person. Only our personnel and the designated contact person may be in our work area.

  • We are not currently traveling by air and will instead travel by ground or rail in a 400 mile radius from Philadelphia.

Original COVID-19 Statement

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere concern for everyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The health and well-being of our staff and clients is always our number one concern, and we wanted to share with you some actions we’ve taken to ensure all of our continued safety during this time of uncertainty:

  1. All scheduled On Site Service has been cancelled, effective immediately. Any cancelled travel charges (airfare, train tickets, etc.) will be absorbed by the company and will not be passed on to clients, regardless of contract verbiage. We have reached out by email to all affected clients prior to posting this message.

  2. We are re-scheduling all local on-site service, and requesting customers schedule us when the buildings are empty and have been cleaned. We will not be sending technicians to buildings with active mass gatherings and strongly encourage clients to test equipment after room sanitation and before use (ideally days before use to allow time to schedule service).

  3. Project quoting and installation will continue following above requirements.

  4. We stock a lot of supplies for installation and field service. This should minimize downstream effects caused by interruptions in the supply chain.

  5. Any client needing emergency streaming setups is requested to contact us - we have rental equipment ready to deploy for all size needs.

  6. All mailed product payments are subject to delays of up to 21 days before accounts are credited.  Online payments will be immediately credited as always, so we are encouraging all clients to pay invoices online.
