Overcome Cable Lengths

Overall USB cable lengths are 10 feet, HDMI cables can’t be longer than 50 feet, and these devices only connect 1 computer to 1 device. Our ethernet-based solutions allow USB cables to remotely connect to computers, and video switching between multiple input sources in live conferencing applications. What used to take tens of thousands of dollars in equipment to do can now be done with a fraction of that and with twice the quality. A dedicated operator is no longer necessary, and a member of the meeting can easily manage the A/V equipment from a table-top touch screen.

Very Quick Setup

Tabletop touch screens with one touch feature access provide for instant-on systems. As fast as a projector warms up, a laptop can be plugged into a port on the table top and working on the screen in front of everyone. At the touch of another button, conference room cameras can provide video to Skype, Zoom, and other popular conference formats. Microphones built into the room provide seamless audio back and forth. Conference calls between sites have never been this easy.

Lights, Camera, Action!

All aspects of the conference room can be integrated into the tabletop touch screens, including lighting, audio, video, and even room temperature. All aspects of the conference can be managed by a single person with minimal training and no special skills needed.
